Our atorrney Marko Boha\u010dek &nbsp;delivered a lecture on \u201cChanging the rules game in FinTech \u2013 PSD2 and other regulatory novelties\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PSD2 is the second Payment Services Directive (EU) 2015\/2366 was adopted by EU Member States and seeks to improve the existing EU rules for electronic payments. It takes into account emerging and innovative payment services, such as internet and mobile payments.
