Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager, Iva leads the development and execution of integrated marketing and business development strategies, enhancing brand visibility and driving the firm’s growth initiatives across multiple channels.
Her responsibilities include market research, content creation, and digital communications, with a focus on managing the firm’s website and developing marketing materials at both local and regional levels. Iva regularly collaborates with colleagues across the SEE region through SELA (South East Legal Alliance), contributing to the coordination of regional marketing and business development activities.
She is also responsible for planning and executing various events, including educational programs, team-building activities, and client engagement initiatives. In addition, she contributes to proposal preparation and provides support in public procurement procedures.
