Marija Bošković
PRIVACY COUNSEL
Marija’s work focuses on privacy and data protection, ICT contracts, IP law, and e-commerce. Marija also has extensive experience on regulatory aspects in the banking industry, where she worked for several years, and has served as data protection officer. Marija received her Mag. Jur. from the University of Zagreb and her LL.M. degree from Tilburg University (The Netherlands) in the field of Law and Technology, where she was focused on the legal and regulatory aspects of Smart City projects, and data protection challenges related to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Marija regularly attends international and local conferences on privacy and data protection and holds seminars and workshops on GDPR.
