Lovre Lozo

Lovre is an attorney with experience in drafting contracts and providing comprehensive legal support in the areas of corporate and commercial law. He is actively involved in M&A transactions, and with a particular focus on real estate and employment law.

He joined our team following several years of practice at a reputable law firm, where he also gained experience in white-collar crime law. Lovre graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb, where he served as a student assistant at the Department of European Public Law.  He gained international experience at the Faculty of Law of Goethe University Frankfurt, where he further developed expertise in corporate law and European Union law. He is also a holder of the Jean Monnet Certificate of Excellence in European Union Law. Lovre passed the Croatian Bar Exam with high distinction.
