Vuchetich, Partner, Lovre Lozo, Attorney at Law and Luka Orešković Senior Associate advised Rodenstock Group, a global leader in eye health innovation, manufacturer of biometric ophthalmic lenses, backed by the premier private equity firm Apax Partners, in the acquisition of NI-VA Lens d.o.o. and DEA Lens Project d.o.o., two of Croatia’s leading suppliers of ophthalmic lenses and devices.
By acquiring the Croatian companies, Rodenstock is taking a further step in strengthening its regional distribution support in Eastern Europe, bringing premium eye health solutions closer to patients and eye care professionals throughout the region.
