Adria Dental Group Investment

BDV acted as a legal advisor of Provectus Capital Partners (PCP), a leading regional private equity fund in the investment in Dental clinic Rident and Ridental dental laboratory.

The investment was carried out through the holding company ASEF ADRIA d.o.o. – Adria Dental Group, established by PCP. With this investment, Adria Dental Group became the largest dental group in the region.

Provectus Capital Partners is an investment company focused on the markets of Southeast Europe, which has also invested in dental polyclinics Arena and Salona Dental, and dental laboratory “Vladimir Tešija” from Solin. BDV has legally supported PCP in all the mentioned investments, as well as in day-to-day business.
