International conference “6th Rijeka Tax Law Day” has been successfully held, focusing on ensuring effective and timely judicial protection of taxpayers’ fundamental rights from the perspective of national constitutional law and European Union law.
We thank the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Law (PRAVRI) for the excellent organization of the conference.
It was our pleasure to participate and share our experience through an interactive workshop led by BDV’s tax team – Vladimir A. Batarelo (Partner) and Brigita Džajić (Tax and Finance Expert).
The workshop was based on real-life case studies, with a focus on protecting taxpayers’ rights before domestic courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
We look forward to the opportunity to reunite and exchange knowledge in Rijeka again next year!
