BDV’s M&A team (led by Laurenz W. Vuchetich, Partner, and Luka Orešković, Senior Associate) advises Renters, Poland’s largest short-term rental operator and a portfolio company of the private equity fund Enterprise Investors, on the acquisition of Irundo, the market leader in short-term rentals in Croatia.
Renters, which already manages over 5,000 apartments across Poland, continues to grow through strategic acquisitions and organic expansion. This transaction further strengthens its position as the fastest-growing short-term rental group in Central and Eastern Europe.
Irundo, founded in 2011, manages over 300 apartments in key destinations such as Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Rovinj, Rijeka, and Opatija, and will continue operating under its existing brand while benefiting from Renters’ technological platform and regional expertise.
