BDV M&A team (led by Laurenz W. Vuchetich, Partner, and Luka Orešković, Senior Associate) advised Renters.pl, an Enterprise Investors-backed company, and Irundo – Short Term Rentals on the acquisition of Sunny Travel, a leading property management company in Novalja and its surrounding area – Irundo’s second acquisition this year.
Following the acquisition, Irundo’s portfolio now exceeds 700 short-term rental properties across Croatia, primarily along the Adriatic coast and in Zagreb, further cementing its position in the Croatian short-term rental market. The deal follows Irundo’s acquisition of Sun Spalato earlier this year and marks another step in its strategy of consolidating the highly fragmented sector.
