BDV Law Firm has been ranked among the top three most active law firms in Croatia in the latest overview of the Croatian legal market published by CEE Legal Matters. The overview covers concluded client matters reported between 1 January and 30 September 2026.
We are particularly pleased for Laurenz W. Vuchetich, Partner, who tops the individual ranking with the highest number of concluded client matters in Croatia during the period.
The ranking reflects another highly active year for BDV’s transactional practice. Our team has advised Croatian and international clients on significant domestic and cross-border matters across M&A, energy, technology, media and tourism. The matters covered by CEE Legal Matters include our work for Renters.pl, a portfolio company of Enterprise Investors, on its continued expansion in Croatia’s short-term rental and tourism sector, as well as transactions involving Presshaus (formerly Telegram Media Group) and the Croatian digital media market.
