Maja advises clients on contract drafting and the preparation of legal memoranda. She is involved in corporate and commercial law matters and actively contributes to conducting due diligence procedures and provides support in the preparation of transaction documentation.
Maja gained practical experience during her studies working at a prestigious law firm and a Croatian technology and digitalization start-up, where she developed skills in contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and data protection. She further deepened her knowledge through specialized training in M&A transactions.
During her studies, Maja served as a teaching assistant at the Department of Roman Law and graduated “magna cum laude” from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb.
