Vuchetich, Partner, and Luka Orešković, Senior Associate) supported Renters.pl, Enterprise Investors backed company and Irundo – Short Term Rentals on the acquisition of Sun Spalato Property Management, an established full-service property-management agency and a leading player in Split’s short-term rental market.

The transaction marks Irundo’s first acquisition since joining the Renters Group and strengthens its position in Croatia’s rapidly consolidating short-term rental sector. With more than 500 units currently under management across Dalmatia, Istria and Zagreb, Irundo is pursuing further growth through a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, with the ambition of reaching 1,000 managed units in Croatia by year-end.
