Dario Lončar

Dario joined BDV from a reputable Croatian law firm, where he gained extensive experience in commercial law, with a particular focus on restructuring, insolvency and pre-insolvency proceedings, and dispute resolution.

He regularly represents domestic and international clients before courts and other competent authorities in litigation and enforcement proceedings, as well as in mediation and arbitration. He also advises clients across a range of sectors on commercial and employment matters, including drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
