In our efforts to provide our clients with the highest quality services, BDV regularly invests in development and education of our team.
One of the programmes in which two of BDV’s young team members participated in this year is AmCham Talents programme, organised by the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia.
We are very proud of the result Marko Karlo Bohaček and Ana Lah achieved as the representatives of our law firm. Marko qualified among three finalists of the competition, while Ana achieved the fourth place among the contestants of this year’s AmCham Talents programme, in competition of around 80 participants.
The Programme was initiated in 2013 with a goal of developing leadership skills of promising young professionals and consists of series of interactive sessions with prominent lecturers, as well as the competition for the AmCham Talent of the Year. The excellent programme organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia created an ideal environment in which our young experts could learn new skills from lecturers and their colleagues, as well as demonstrate their abilities in a positive environment of simultaneous cooperation and competitiveness.
This year’s Programme runs from March to November and gathers contestants who are 25 to 35 years of age and employed in prominent consulting companies, law firms, pharmaceutical companies, banks and technology companies.
We congratulate the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia on excellent organization of this Programme, which in the best possible way contributes to the development of professional excellence of young people in Croatia, which is one of the missions that our law firm is trying to accomplish on a daily basis. We also wish Marko lots of luck in the finals of the competition!
