We are pleased to announce that BDV Law Firm advised Optimum Grupa on the acquisition of a majority stake by kompare.hr.
With this acquisition, the Optimum Grupa brand will be fully integrated into the kompare.hr platform. This represents a significant step in kompare.hr’s ongoing strategic development within the Croatian and regional markets. Their prior collaboration enabled a seamless integration, combining Optimum Grupa’s longstanding credit brokerage expertise with kompare.hr’s strong brand, extensive partner network, and advanced technological capabilities. Together, they are well-positioned to deliver even greater value and service to their clients.
