Tomislav vodi naš tim zadužen za nekretnine te je član našeg tima za rješavanje sporova, s fokusom na sektore infrastrukture, energetike i transporta. Tomislav vodi različite mandate u vezi s nekretninama, kako na transakcijama tako i pri sudovima.
On također zastupa klijente u složenim sudskim postupcima pred trgovačkim sudovima te također često savjetuje klijente iz područja prava javne nabave, koncesija i državnih potpora.
Tomislav je prepoznat kao pravni ekspert u području javnih potpora te savjetuje korisnike EU bespovratnih sredstava u vezi s potencijalnim nepravilnostima pri provedbi projekata. Drugo područje njegovog naglašenog interesa je međuodnos civilnog i kanonskog imovinskog prava.
Tomislav redovito objavljuje stručne članke iz različitih područja kojima se bavi u praksi. Prije pridruživanja BDV-u, Tomislav je bio odvjetnik u respektabilnom odvjetničkom društvu u Republici Hrvatskoj.
