AmCham Member Seminar: GDPR – Data Processing Agreements

On 23 May 2019, our privacy counsel Mrs. Marija Bošković Batarelo has performed the seminar on the topic “GDPR – Data Processing Agreements”.

At the seminar, 25 participants, representatives of American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia member companies, learned more about determining the scope of personal data being processed in case of business cooperation, what are the key roles in personal data processing (Data Controller, Data Processor, Joint Controllers), and what are the key elements of Data Processing Agreements.
