Third edition of LIR Croatia

BDV’s M&A team (Laurenz Vuchetich, partner) and Tax team (Vladimir Batarelo, partner and Stephani Jelčić, Attorney at Law) have contributed to the third edition of The Legal Industry Reviews Croatia.

Laurenz brought attention to the subject of “Amendments regarding transactions with affiliated persons and the supervisory board” while Vladimir and Stephani contributed their perspectives on “Tax treatment of employee share incentives in limited liability companies (d.o.o.)”.
