Tomislav heads our real estate practice and is a member of our dispute resolution team with an industry focus on infrastructure, energy and transport. Tomislav handles various complex real estate matters, both transactionally and in court.
Tomislav also represents clients in complex litigation proceedings before commercial courts and is also frequently advising clients on public procurement, concessions and State aid matters.
Tomislav has developed a recognized expertise in the public subsidies sector, acting in particular for EU funds beneficiaries in irregularities investigations. Tomislav also developed his expertise on the interplay between civil and canonic property law.
Tomislav regularly publishes professional papers in his fields of expertise. Prior to joining BDV, Tomislav practiced as an attorney at a reputable law firm in Croatia.
